QF Solver 0.2.6a0 V&V Foundation

This directory is the generated, reader-facing view of authoritative data in qualification/0_2_6/. It includes completed bounded gate evidence and the G15 release review; it does not assert PyPI publication.

The G14 final capability-coverage audit is recorded in 0_2_6_g14_capability_coverage.md; G15 release review is recorded in g15_release_sweep.json.

Run python scripts/generate_vnv_026_foundation.py after an intentional policy change.
