Decision¶
026-G11 is closed by Owner decision as PASS_WITH_LIMITATIONS. The
closeout records the existing evidence; it adds no runtime case and changes no
solver formulation, route implementation or diagnostic threshold.

Qualified bounded scope¶
The decision covers failure handling on the tested route-native cases for
linear_static, nonlinear_static, geometric_nonlinear_static, modal,
linear_buckling and linear_static_contact. It does not claim every public
failure class, every structured nonlinear reason, or every route/failure
combination. Route-native exception types remain unchanged.
The historical non-finite diagnostic defect was fixed and A/B regression
triage established REGRESSION_NEUTRAL: both baseline and fix recorded
1808 passed / 184 skipped / 18 failed, with zero fix-only failures. Those
18 failures remain release blockers outside G11.
Governance¶
The G11 contract remains the controlled source of requirements. No threshold was weakened, no other gate was closed, and no automatic unbounded maturity promotion is implied. Future expansion of the bounded claims requires a new Owner review.
